We specialize in supporting recovery for all elective surgeries, including plastic, orthopedic, general, eyes, and cosmetic procedures, providing tailored clinical care for each client's specific needs.
How do you ensure safety and privacy in my home?
Safety is maintained through clinical monitoring and surgical site assessments. Privacy is paramount; all our services are strictly confidential and we maintain the highest professional standards.
Do your services include pet care and housework?
Yes. We go beyond medical care by managing light housework and pet care. Our goal is to remove all daily stressors so you can prioritize your rest and healing.
How does the in-home care work?
An experienced surgical caregiver will arrive at your residence to meet you upon discharge. They handle everything from medication reminders and wound care to patient transport and meal coordination. Every task that you need handled to ensure you get the most rest post procedure.
How do you structure your pricing?
Pricing is based on the level of care required and the duration of stay. We offer personalized packages that range from a minimum 4-hr stay 24-hr/ 48+ hr packages. Customizable packages can be made upon requests, including travel packages if you are having a procedure in another state or country.
What happens before and after my surgery?
Before surgery, we conduct a consultation via in person, zoom or phone call to obtain information we will need to ensure the best of care. After surgery, we manage your transition from the clinic to home and provide continuous support during the critical first days. We can arrange rides to and from surgeries and procedures for an added fee if needed.
How do booking and cancellations work?
We recommend booking as soon as your surgery date is confirmed. Cancellations are handled on a sliding case basis, we understand surgeries do not always go as planned and can rearrange as needed including rescheduling and refunds. This would be discussed further during consultations.
